This world is not so much the hell - the concept of endless and enviable suffering - that many assume it to be. If nothing more, it is closer to another world; a world civilised, if lacking in certain luxuries.

Yet, the lack of law belies this civility. There is no one to watch the streets; no one to keep those who seek to deviate from the norms at bay.

This anarchy, this lawlessness, has gone on long enough. That is why there was a move to to create such force, by the Shin-ra Corporation.

With the loss of the honoured President Rufus Shinra and many of his closest associates, the Shin-ra Corporation, needless to say, will no longer be able to manage such a force. Yet its neccesity has not diminished. If you value the security of this world that has, love or hate, has become your home, then come to its aid.

If you are interested in becoming a part of this force, for the better of Purgatorium, then I ask you to contact me, Lazard ... [cough] Deusericus to volunteer.

Be forewarned that intelligence is as important as brawn. An excess of strength and a lack of presence of mind will get you no where.
